HometownStation.com reported that a large truck jackknifed on the I-5 South early Monday morning, resulting in closure of two lanes for several hours. Authorities were able to open the lanes before the Monday morning commute began.

BaltimoreSun.com reported today that a man died early this morning in a truck accident on a local freeway.
According to the news report, the 62-year-old victim was killed when his pick-up truck collided with a tractor trailer. The truck driver suffered minor injuries.
