| Kansas City Tanker Carrying Acid Crashes |
The Associated Press reported today on a semi-truck accident that occurred in Missouri.
According to the news story, the accident occurred this morning and involved 45,000 pounds of hydrochloric acid. After the truck crashed, the acid spilled and released a cloud of toxic gas. A nearby casino was asked to keep patrons and employees inside and turn off air handling units.
