  Underride Accidents in San Diego
An "underride" accident occurs when a passenger vehicle or other smaller vehicle somehow collides with a larger truck.  Because these large trucks have a much higher carriage than the average vehicle on the road, the smaller vehicle can sometimes become wedged underneath the vehicle.

This type of accident can easily become deadly, because the height of the trailer on the truck is often the height of a passenger's head in a smaller vehicle.  If you or a loved one has been seriously injured - or if you have lost a loved one in an underride accident, you could be entitled to compensation.

A San Diego truck accident lawyer at our firm could be able to offer you the help and advice that you need.  We are very experienced in the area of personal injury law as it applies to truck accidents.  We know how to deal with insurance companies and we know exactly how to handle these types of cases.  You could greatly benefit from our dedication to excellence and our experience in the area.
