  Underride Accidents in San Diego

An "underride" accident occurs when a passenger vehicle or other smaller vehicle somehow collides with a larger truck.  Because these large trucks have a much higher carriage than the average vehicle on the road, the smaller vehicle can sometimes become wedged underneath the vehicle.
